Samsung claims this tablet as the lightest and thinnest tablet ever launched in the market. Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 titled to be a perfect contender of Apple iPad 2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a global marketing name for the product P7500. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 signifies the device has a 10.1 inch screen. But, the name insisted by the company Tab 750 must have some logic behind. Similarly, the company announced an 8.9 inch tablet along with this device. But, the announcement has no word about the device.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 is powered by a 1Ghz Dual-core processor and the tablet looks very attractive. The tablet designed with 8.6mm thickness and claimed to be slimmer than Apple iPad 2. This device runs on Android OS v3.0 Honeycomb and comes with latest UI and widgets on the homescreen. There exists a dual camera, one with 3.2 megapixel and LED flash on the rear-side and the other with 2.0 megapixel placed on the front side. The slim size and Android experience are the only highlighting factors with this device.
Samsung will launch the device in two variants Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi with 3G and the combination of 16GB, 32 GB and 64 GB. The tablet is expected to be priced around Rs.35000 to 40000. But, high pricing will inherently reduce the dominance in the market share.
